01 About the role
We are looking for a senior full-stack developer who cares deeply about architecture, code quality, and shipping real product. You will own features end-to-end — from database schema and API design to the React component the user clicks — and ship them to production weekly.
At Softcracy, engineers make the decisions. No PMs overriding your technical calls, no designers handing off mockups and vanishing, no JIRA ticket mills. You will architect the system, write the code, review your peers, and deploy to production behind feature flags.
You will work across our product portfolio (SoftCRM, EduFlow LMS, ShopHub, TaskPilot) and on client projects spanning SaaS, fintech, education, and AI. Every week ships something real to real users.
02 What we're looking for
- ✓ Strong PHP (8.x) and Laravel knowledge — you can explain the service container, middleware pipeline, and Eloquent internals
- ✓ React or Vue experience building production SPAs — hooks, state management, performance optimization
- ✓ REST and GraphQL API design — versioning, auth, rate limiting, pagination, error contracts
- ✓ MySQL and performance tuning — indexing strategy, query analysis, N+1 detection, slow query logs
- ✓ Git workflow with rebase, squashing, and meaningful commit messages
- ✓ CI/CD experience — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar pipelines
- ✓ Comfortable with Docker and basic Linux administration
- ✓ You write tests (PHPUnit, Jest) and actually care about coverage on critical paths
- ✓ 5+ years building and shipping production web applications
- ✓ Excellent written English — async-first communication, clear PR descriptions, real documentation
